We act as a data controller for the personal data we collect directly from you to operate our price comparison and lead generation service. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a supplier. Suppliers you engage with become independent data controllers for the information you provide to them.

Data You Provide:
This includes your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, and vehicle/engine details when you submit a quote request or contact our support team.
Data Collected Automatically:

Data We Do Not Collect:
We never collect or process sensitive special category data (e.g., health, racial origin) or your financial payment details. Any such data shared directly with a supplier is governed by that supplier's own privacy policy.

Anonymised Data:
We may retain anonymised data (which can no longer identify you) indefinitely for analytical purposes.

Your data is primarily stored and processed within the UK. Some of our trusted service providers (e.g., for cloud storage or analytics) may operate outside the UK. In these cases, we ensure an adequate level of protection is in place by using UK-approved data transfer mechanisms, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA).
